The process always starts with a Consultation.
Owner-occupied Consultation

Let’s schedule an appointment for your home that will remain occupied during the upcoming listing period.

An In-Home consultation is a comprehensive discussion and review, then shared advice of what needs to be done to a property in order to sell for the highest price possible and is an ideal starting point. I will assess the house with “buyer’s eyes” inside and out.

There will be specific recommendations and I will be detailing exactly how to de-personalize and stage the home to appeal to targeted buyers. Things such as furniture and accessory placement, cosmetic repairs, color recommendations and optimal curb appeal will be covered.

Using a custom note taking tool, the homeowner will take notes on every space in the home. I will ensure you have a detailed list and/or notes to follow as you get the property ready to put on the market. Should you have further questions while working through the plan, I am just a text or a phone call away.

 

Owner-Occupied home Staging

For some homeowners the Consultation is enough, others may decide that they need a little more to get the property market ready.

Here is where I come in…

First impressions are everything, so don’t let outdated decor and furnishings distract potential buyers from seeing your homes’ best qualities!

My goal is to prepare your home to attract the right buyer before it goes to market. Once the pre-staging recommendations are complete, I will return to enhance, edit and rearrange your home furnishings (furniture & decor) to showcase the space for optimal appeal. 

Not only will I work with your existing pieces, I also offer Rental packages to supplement your items with additional artwork, accessories and furniture as needed to modernize and/or freshen up the space for a monthly fee.
