Let’s schedule an appointment for a Buyer’s Eyes Consultation at your home that will remain occupied during the upcoming listing period. It is a detail-rich walk & talk consult, comprehensive discussion and review, then shared advice and recommendations of what needs to be done to an occupied/lived-in property in order to be show-ready and sell for the highest price possible.
We will assess the house with "buyer's eyes" inside and out. Recommendations will be made on each room as well as curb appeal so that your home stands out in any Real Estate market.

During our consultation we will cover a lot of information. Be ready to take notes. You'll jot down key observations for each space in your home. Not only will I work with your existing pieces, I also offer Rental packages to supplement your items with additional artwork, accessories and furniture as needed to modernize and/or freshen up the space for a monthly fee.
